Refund Policy
Exchanges:
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, then send us an email at contact@dazzley.com with a description of the defect or damage to the item and a picture of the defect or damage.
Shipping Your Defective or Damaged Product Back to Us:
We will email you a prepaid shipping label to ship your product back to us after we receive your email and approve the exchange. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request.
Shipping Your New Product to You:
Once we receive your defective or damaged product, we will initiate a new product to be shipped to you.
Refunds:
Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to return an item for a refund.
